im thinking about getting some new trainers and was looking at thses osain bolt one's that he has designed there called puma L.I.F.T u have to search for them on google as i dont no how to upload a pic but do you reckon they be any good for running and to use as my PGAC or do you think il just ...

is it worth getting my own boots

hi people just wondering if it is worth going out and getting my own boots for my PGAC or should i just do the PGAC in the boots given out. thanks

are that sucks man, i heard that they might be starting to recuit in december time but not to sure about it all i can say is keep ya training going as it probs get harder,

how did your AST go did u pass, and have you got an interview date yet or have they just told that they not taking anyone on at the mo.

goose 87 have u heard anything from your AFCO yet, i called my AFCo up and ask them when my PGAC is and they said 5th Feb so u could be with me mate.

hi lads fort i let u know that they started to fill up the date in feb now as my pgac date is on the 5th feb, how long big is the field you run around for the 3miler as i got a field that is 11.2 acers and was thinking of running round that for an hour or so
