I passed my Selection Last Tuesday and Received my date.
Mile and a Half 09:44
Heaves : 7
Jerry Can - 150m

Came out with a B grade. A score of 122.50. Correct me if i'm wrong but that's apparently 2.5marks off an A grade.

My Selection was the hardest thing I have done to re-join the Army.

The first thing your assessed on is the Pick-up from the Train station. The way you dress. Your attitude.

You will be assessed on

A) Icebreaker
B) Military Lessons
C) PT Session
D) Heaves Back Extensions, Static Lift, Jerry Can ...

you realize you will have to re do all of Phase One from the beginning dont you??

Someone I was in basic with rang me the other day to tell me Re-enlisters have had a block put on re applying for a while. But I've not been told anything. She was UFAS thats all i know and she's a re-enlister applying now. I'm a MD and I'm having no troubles at the minute with my application apart ...

If it's 44 Pushups in a minute and a half. Do 22 then rest for 10 seconds then bang out 22 more. But you wanna be doing 25 maybe a set.

You can rest on AOSB as in basic we where allowed on ours. But I'm sure it's just a quick breather whilst on your knees.

I was Med Discharged in October 08. And I started my application Exaclty 4 Months ago. My Medical notes where sent up to scotland a month ago and i'm still waiting. As much as its a long wait. if you want it your going to wait it out.

It's not all about rushing to get bigger. It took me 2 months to start seeing progress. Just work it out qnd when you feel so change the weight by a little. and the more you do that the more progress.

I'm looking to find out when your GP papers are sent back from them to your careers office and sent to scotland. How long does it take?
Also i am going to be going on a Pre-ADSC / Insite day.
I've been told my date im looking for is January 18th to start basic again

Interview about your job and make sure you know about it
ADSC Lichfield or wherever you wont be going

Went down to my Army Careers and found out that my paperwork is in with the Medical Officer. Two weeks roughly have to ring back up. And I'm looking at january time. Best news heard in a long time.

Bit of an anger issue here. Attitude like this in basic will end up in "In position ready, Exercise begin."

I was Medically discharged from Basic Training. and i had an 8 month period on when i couldn't re apply till June and i went down the day i could re apply and did so.

MY paperwork was sent off to Scotland 22nd June. Still nothing. I really keep having to bite my tongue cause i just get annoyed that its taking so long. I waited from the day i got MD'd till the day my time was up so i could re apply and i'm waiting even longer to hear whats the action plan for me ...
