I have no problems with lottery money going towards keeping a national treasure such as the Flying Scotsman.

As a look forward it is good... the dangly carrot as an incentive that can be snatched away is great. A better solution would be NOT to have the long weekend by right but be given one if the training team think the troop merit it.
If someone goes on leave and doesn't want to come back ...

If you do rubbish on your apptitude test you need at least level 11 or they will kick you out on the day.(they inform you of this before you run)
