ast score needed for aircrew
I have already done my ast test but on the score sheet it's only for ground trades and dosent say what score is needed for aircrew.

yea i know i should be better thats why im training hard at the moment because i want to make sure im at the front and make sure i'm in that top 10 (i know it's top 15 but want to be extra sure, haha). not to make excuses but i recently packed up smoking so i think my troubles lye in my vo2 oxygen ...

hi guys, im currently training for my pgac on 31 august and am curious about whether the pti throw you out instantly if you stop running on the 3 miler because i complete it in about 23min at the moment which i know isn't great but am working on it but towards the end i have to slow down for abit ...

press ups for pgac
i've seen on a few sites that the press ups for pgac are assisted by a parnter holding there arm at 45degreez and you lower to that rather than the floor, but surely that isn't a press up thats just bobbinbg up and down.
could anyone clarify this for me?

run times for pgac
i have my pgac 31st august so am training at the moment but am curious about what run times some of you guys who passed pgac got or even if you didnt pass what time you got so i could see what the minium is.
i know officially it's 12min but wanted to know the real time.

im training to join the raf regiment so getting in shape atm.
let me know if your interested in training, my main things are 1.5mile run in under 10min and 3mile run in under 22min and push ups and sit ups.
live around twickenham rugby ground.
could also do hounslow.
