I had shoulder length hair on arrival at Halton err i only had male instructors so never got shown how to do our hair by a female instructor but we did get the wings and strings chat lol. Just passed my medical so the next step is the PJFT. I am not a runner although reasonably fit i have been training hard but still finding fatigue kicks in to soon at a fast pace i have been interval training for a week now and my fitness has improved alot.
