alrite mate i havent been on for a while as i have bin in training and looking up the history of the parachute regiment i got my training schedule and kit list on the 10th i am going on the 3rd oct and am going to be in 737 bruneval platoon getin nervous but excited now.

hello everyone is there any one out ther that cud giv me sum fitness tips as i am just waiting to go for a medical but havent got a date yet i am doing 5 miles 2 or 3 times a wk and go boxing 3 times a wk my concern is that im 24 and was just wondering is that quite old to be joining paras?
