Great Thread, very useful!!

Just got one question. Whats so bad about Mountain Leaders? Thats the specialisation that most appealed to me so I was wondering whats so bad about them :lol: !

Hey Jamie I'm also from Plymouth (Plympton) and I have got my medical for the RMR this weekend, which includes a 1.5 mile run. I run around the country lanes in my area and its practically like running through a river when its been raining :lol: :lol: I find it more enjoyable than running in fair weather at least it helps to cool you down :)
