Thats a pretty good link Count, Im a mesomorph too I got a score of 2 which I think means Im closer to an ectomorph than you Count but I suppose my score is still pretty good

but i wouldn't over do it on the protein as if there is to much it gets converted to fat and don't go to muscles. well thats what someone told me im not sure if its true though

i ordered an info pack a few months ago but coz i wasnt old enough to apply yet they sent me a heap of rubbish about sea cadets but i ordered again last week sayin i was slightly older

press ups problem

ive got my PRMC in a few months and i can manage all the maximums except press ups ive been tryin loads of different ways but still only manage 30
for others i can do 10 pull ups
>80 sit ups
3 miles 18 min
any help would be great thanks guys
