the multi stage fitness test was totally seperate to the bleep test on the letter that i recived from the AFCO on monday thats what confused me. thought it might have been something different.

thats okay then. ill attempt to jump the fence at the back of my house first. then ill look for a 9ft one haha. only 6 weeks to go now

Okay, ive heard that on the PGAC you have to get over a 9ft wall. i am not the best of people to climb a wall with no foot holes at the moment. so do you have to get over this on your own? because it seems a little high to get over just for selection. any help would be greatful

yes you only need either 36 or 38 for gunner. found it so easy. tried to get me to change my mind but just wanted gunner!

would be nice to know some people before going. think i need to work on my fitness alot. well need to stop smoking first just aint as easy as saying it though. Do you know if the bleep test is 20 or 25m?
