hi, i just come back from my PGAC course and it was f**kin hard.

I failed due to an injury on the ped skirmish. (my right shoulder)

The 3mile run is 2X1.5, on the first 1.5 you do it with the PTI's what takes about 12.30 mins, then yu run the other 1.5 best effort on your own what should be under ...

5th october.

anyone else got this date?

and i passes my interview in march (just letting you knowhow lng it took to gt a date)

hi, alexe

the practice test they give you is just an idea of whats to come but it does sort-of help. there are alot of questions for a short amount of time but they score it form 0% upwards rather then 100% downwards, so if you only do 5 questions out of 10 and you get them 5 right, that is 100 ...

hi, i was told to go away and learn some things and one is the uk bases and were ther are
e.g RAF honnington-suffolk

anyone got an idea were to find these, i looked on the website but didnt have much luck.
