Ahh you'll be fine! You do it on a treadmill so its a little easier to keep a maintained pace, and between your PJFT and training tehre is a good 2 - 3 months as an approximation to work on your fitness, so even if you blackout after your PJFT through exhaustion remember, once its done its done and ...

Hey Chrisgrey, they're going ok yeah, ive religiously played rugby league for the last 6 or 7 years and we train 4 times a week so im fairly prepared for halton i think, but ill keep up the training till i get down there.
