By the way. Watch how you run on the tarmac as your heel should always strike the pavement or hard surface first and then should roll forward across the ball and push off the ground with your toes. This will decrease any risks of injury to your hip and knee.

Ahoy all

From what i have heard, read and have been told the SAS and the SBS go through exactly the same trainign program and do all the same jobs. I might be wrong but thats what ive found out.

As far as i know it asthma dosn't stop yu from esnterng as long as youve not had an attack for a certain number of years.

I am only 15 but am allready training very hard (Im doing the proper Royal Marine training program). Do you lot think that i should be slowing down a bit? As in not doing so many repetitions in runs etc. I can do the press ups, sit ups no problems, but its the running im worried about as i ...
