Well a little update :)

Literally just back from my barb test which i passed with a score of 83.

Meaning I can go for the job ive decided upon with is Armourer :D.

All looks good for now, more fitness and this stack of medical forms to sort out.

There's nothing to it really mate, it's a quick taste of army life thou many people who've done it and joined say it's nothing like.

It's really easy, even the run thou for me i sucked ass at it because i got a stitch on the first part and was in agony but still made it with in my time.

Yeah it doesn't take too long for any one to build there fitness up, good choice of jobs. I'm not sure what the run time for those jobs at ADSC would be, maybe over 12 minutes apart from the run ADSC is the same through out.

Having a look at this ADSC DVD now, seems quite good but quite hard ...

Yeah jog's a good idea, jog for a long distance to work on stamina, then work on speed it's what i done and it went well

Just had a nosey on google maps and i have a nice country lane with some hills thats exactly 0.5 miles long just down the road so going to give that a go.

Woke up again with no chance of doing some work down at the gym or I will just end up worse.

Yeah, selection is a doddle even the fitness stage you don't have to train incredibly loads for it unless your fantastically unfit.

I am positive Middlesbrough is not that bad !

I lived there for around 6 months while at university with the ex which was not bad at all. Even then we were located on one of the "bad streets", being Union street if anyone knows the area.
