I am and have my first presentation tomorrow too!!

I struggle with any type of pressup at any time. Which is something I'm trying so so hard to work on!

Funny though, because I find everything else ok. Maybe I have deformed arms...hmmm...*studies arms*...

hey congrats on losing that much weight, can i just ask whats the fittness requirements for females? Iv heard we don't have to do the "men" press ups coz apparently it damages our ovaries can anyone clarify this?

I'd love to know a bit more about the press ups. I struggle with the "man" ones at ...

OK, i'm looking at going in as a commissioned officer, perhaps into intelligence as that's the one that's standing out at me for now.

Hello,

I'm brand new to the RAF recruitment process. I'm not worried about a lot (yet!!!) but at the moment it's the aptitude tests etc at the 3 day assessment center at Cranwell...... anyone any advice as I haven't a clue!!!
