I did morning runs for a few weeks and just did short distances (2 miles) as fast as possible. It was a lot more relaxing and enjoyable although it started to come up to exams and I didn't want to be too tired during lessons and went back to afternoon runs.

I used to di wide arm pressups and could do a few but when I found out I had to them "properly" I struggled at first. Now they're very easy.

You'll be surprised at some people, American footballers may look fat but apparently about 80% of it is muscle.

How many runs a week are you doing?
You may want to do runs on one day, weights the next and leave Sunday a restday or something.

Or if you're being sick, just keep going and see what happens.

I recently got a letter that goes like this, it asked that I needed to include my visual acuity but also:

"Please take the enclosed form to your opticians for completion and return all paperwork back to myself at ...

At least give RT a go and see how you feel for the first two weeks. You may end up loving or hating it so then you can decide if you're still having trouble now.

If you hate RT you can quit thinking "Okay I gave it a go, it wasn't for me." Or it maybe "Hey, I like this and I think I'll stay."

My vision is a bit dodgy, I have an astigmatism but thankfully to my relief it's still good enough to be allowed.

The optician's report has three criteria to which you're assigned depending on your eye sight. I can't remember the exact details but roughly: 1 - good, 2 - not too bad, and 3 - not ...

I figured out what it was. Wasn't leaving enough of a gap between each set. I had a minutes gap which made all the difference.(heard somewhere a while ago that was what you were supposed to do but just ignored it thinking I would be able to push myself through).
