Slightly more random question but im in yr 12 at the moment and after telling a few 'mates' etc of my decision to join some less mature ones seem to find something to joke about and take the piss. I can take it sometimes but having a stab at stuff they dont know anything about is irritating. Was won...

I have an insight weekend soon and needed to get a quick answer. I have just bought some boots for it and was wondering if they are easy to run in or does it take time? I think they are already broken in but i haven't had much running experience in them and my course is soon. Any help? Cheers, Plym.

I am thinking of applying now (mid 16s) and dont know if all 16's have to go to AFC first,im not paticularly interested. Any help?

Just found out i got on the 1-3rd dec insight course,there anyone else going?

I did this one this year,too many people out for a fun day out. The water tunnel was just a bit shorter than on tv! You dont have to move in it,just be pushed through.Recommend to endurance course to anyone.

Anybody in on the 1-3 insight?

Do all under 17's have to go AFC first?
