Best run time so far is 7:57 but at selection i only managed 8:05. I gave it everything i had though and was hanging out my arse by the time i'd finished.

Training is 26 weeks. After you finish you usually get on a course at brize within a couple of months. That lad from 2 para must have been RTU'd a few times from brize if he's been in battalion for a year.

I go for my selection on the 12 and 13th of April after completing my interviews at the AFCO.

I recently twisted my ankle in a football match and my ankle was black, so kinda trying to do a crash fitness course to catch back up, im sure i will pass the physical just nice to feel fit too though ...

I do believe that 'Sandy The Governor' is a cage fighter (or ultimate fighting if thats the same thing). Might be worth sending him a PM to ask him as he'll be the best person on here to ask
