The the Taleban are tactically defeated in Helmand, the commander of the UK forces in Afghanistan has said.

I was wondering if any one could help me with my runniing, i've read lots of stuff of running for a minute and walking for two or something like that and building it up and walking for less time, so shuld i do that or just go for long hard runs, i live on an easte surrounded by an 6 mileroad ...

Probably marines, i did and still do want to be a pilot in the navy but i've got colour blindness, not bad though, i have never been tested for it officialy, but i can't do them damn ishihara tests but can do the lantern test, but no chance of that career path.
