Just thought I would chime in. For your running I would reccomend getting your distance up. If you cant run the 3 miles non stop it means you are going too fast. Having one "long run" a week is almost universal in running programs. This session is for focusing on distance and endurance ...

Asthma
I had asthma when I was much younger but I havn't any effects of it for over 6 years and no attacks for about 11 years. Will this affect me joining the paras? If so, do they check up medical records or can I just keep my mouth shut and itll all be fine?
