All para reg recruits ncos and officers are para reg in training, apart form at brize norton where you will be under air force instructors. You dont mix with other recruits during basic, except if you choose to in the naffi.

Ask your recruiter. You'll probably be fine as you get given all the jabs you need in week 1, as far as I am aware, it wont hurt to be vaccinated twice for the same thing, especially if it was that long ago. (but i'm no doctor)

If you have shin splints STOP running until they are fully healed, you'll only make it worse. Best bet is to go to a specialist running shop, they should be able to offer you a pair that are suited to the way your feet move when you run. Only problem is they'll want to sell you lovely £100+ pairs ...

it will be enough for your 1.5m and pull ups. You are not tested on press ups or sit ups at adsc. You will still have to pass a few other strength and grip tests, a medical examination, you will be examined on teamwork, command potential, and attitude. So in a word, No :)
