Alright lads, just a quick question really. What is the best way to water proof a bergan? You see i just passed the PRMC for the RMR, and i've done the induction weekend and had all my kit issued. Hello all, just to let you know i passed and indution weekend is on the 22nd, really looking forward to that
It was hard but quite enjoyable and the lads seem like a good bunch, so ijust cant wait to get cracking. Will keep you posted on how my training is going!

Traing Times
I usually get about ten minutes fo 1.5 miles on the road, but thats on MY route if you know what i mean. Is the Route they take tough or hilly?

one more thing though. Say for example you keep up with the group on the 3 miler for the first 1.5 miles, then for the best effort bit you tire and slow down a bit even though you are giving your all, will the corporals fail you for that?

Hiya bezza, yeah ive had an outline of what it involves from my mate who did it a while back.
Basically we get driven down in mini-buses on friday, get briefed on what we'll be doing, next day it all starts. I think 3 miler is first, to be done under 22 mins, then gym test 1, which is push ups, sit ...
