I used to get that when I first started bouldering, Doc and many other climbers told me it will go eventually aslong as you dont over do it, but make sure you dont stop using your arms all together, that doesnt help either.

hey, i actually went to the one in cardiff, i have to say its full of chav's etc, but on the fitness, and military knowledge side i have nothing bad to say about it, the fitness levels there are superb, they even organise a week away to the army,navy for you to get a better taste of what its like ...
