Im in week 12 now n ive not found it that hard, aslong as your fit enough n willing to learn u will have no problems. I enjoy the beastings, they only make u fitter

This is probably a stupid question, but do we need to take hand washing powder or just normal clothes washing powder?

And would it be ok to wear jeans and a top when i go to catterick on sunday? Or would something smarter be better.

I start my training in 7 days Cant wait. Just trying to get the last bits and pieces together. Confused about the whole padlocks, have no idea which one's to get as people keep sayin different things.

Yeh u need padlocks with keys. Should I get 20, 30, 40mm size padlocks?

What size of padlocks should i take?

What size of maglite torch should i take? the AA or AAA?

Anyone know where I could get decent padlocks where one key fits all? If you know what I mean?
