I was wondering if there were any people here who could help me regarding rates of pay in the RAF.

I have been looking at a table which indicates that a new entrant recieves a pay of £12.162 which is nice and clear.

Then after that you move into Range 1 of pay which has 9 different levels. How do ...

I think perhaps you should calm down. Information in the forces as regards to the application process all the way to PGAC changes and there is a lot of conflicting information. So I see no problem in asking a question again as 9 times out of 10 gonna your get a more up to date answer.

Perhaps you could call your local AFCO and ask them as thats what there job is ? As the times between each stage can vary a fair bit.
