Could someone tell me how fast on the treadmill i should go to get a good time on the treadmill? How many kl per hour?

I dont know how to pace myself on it. Am I supposed to sprinting the whole time?

Tke a digi watch in with a stopwatch on and you cant go wrong, when u have 10 secs left, guess any question left too (1 in 5 chance)

For that much responsibily the training must be very vigorous and tough, for them to be able to know you could handle it.

Ive decided upon wanting to become a RAF Firefighter, Ive passed the aptitude a few months back but went away to decide for definate what I wanted to do. btw I know there not recruiting atm.
