It's following the 1st battalion Princess Wales Royal Regiment (PWRR) in Iraq, written by its Colonel, Richard Holmes. It just basically describes what life has been like for them in Iraq in their 2003 tour.

Submarines

I was wondering, do you have to be better at maths, physics etc. to be a submarine warfare officer (as opposed to a surface warfare officer)? The minimum quals are the same on the navy website.

Hi, first time posting!
I was looking into a career in the Royal Signals (as an officer). on their site it says that a degree in IT, telecommunications or whatever isn't needed (although it might help). I gave up Computing after GCSE (as the teaching was rubbish) and havn't done any other computer ...
