Hi Scottish Lad,

As long as you are reasonably fit you should not have a problem. Use your time wisely for the next few months, and don't over train you don't want to pick up an injury.

Hi Regi,
I think you'll find it's because the guins have no "Esprit de Corps" and their training does not really enstill this. So therefore they think why should i bother? Playstation generation i'm afraid :( But this is not always the case, there are exceptions to the rule i'm sure, somewhere :D ...

Gone are the days of not telling you what you are going to be doing, "not conducive to good learning" apparently.

Hi Beed,
Try this link It gives you the basic fitness standards but you will be told what to work on at the end of the course. My advice is to train and better the times so you know you can make it!
