it is easy. all they do is do eye and ear test, bmi, blood pressure and all that. they didnt go into much detail really, which was quite surprising. maybe they do more in depth one at halton? anyone know?

Anyone going to halton for pre RTC on 9th oct? got a provisional date to start 12th Nov too. Anyone else got these dates?

in my PJFT the guy put the machine on 12 kmph and just let me run it so i got to 1 1/2 miles in the time. Didn't make me do sit ups, just a couple of push ups.
