At first i was outraged, then when i read a little more into it and the source I think it is just another stab at sensationalism by what is less of a newspaper, and more of a propoganda tool. There is little in the Mail, The Sun, or the Express that I would take seriously anymore as their articles a...

Now my point is what's the difference between what that idiot did and what the BBC did? Fiona Bruce wasn't preaching christianity in her reports, she wasn't being biased, she was simply going about her daily life until someone decided she shouldn't be allowed to wear her cross and for all intent an...

Real good advice NOT!!! , as you are elbowing him all his mates are kicking you in the head, the last place you want to be in a street fight is on the floor Touche, but in theory, it works. However, I'm not gonna argue, your reputation preceeds you. :o The best advice has already been given. If som...

It depends what you want to train martial arts for. If its actual use. You can do no better than a mix of Mauy Thai, Wrestling and BJJ However, the average brawler on the street is just gonna rush at you swinging his arms. Just duck down, double leg, sit on his chest and elbow to your hearts content

I don't know for certain right, but I do know that there was gonna be an MMA event up in catterick between a Ryal and a Para. The Para, Sandy (I think, his second name escapes me) was a PTI, but I think the Royal was General Purposes. Anyway, the fight didnt go ahead to my knowledge, as the Royal go...

Thats good advice daka! Dont bother with reading, do as little as possible. Ignore all the theoretical rubbish, its pointless and wont help later. Dont do any work in your first year. Just rely on the knowledge you have already. Ignore the international politics, after all the military has nothing ...

I understand and agree with what your saying, though you need to bear in mind its always the scum who stump up their comments to wind people up. For every idiot comment on there, there are a bunch of comments not made by people along side a few that are that are more mature who have posted their th...

Its real life, stand up and face it. Yeah, i appreciate that, but it doesnt for a second mean that it should be posted and viewed as a form of entertainment, which for the most part is how the videos are viewed as you can tell from the comments. Youtube is a website which anyone can access, I just ...

There are quite a few gyms around salford, some are kinda meat head/sweat pits though. If however, you're looking to supplement your training with something a bit different, there are ...

I agree wholeheartedly with those who suggested buying opium from afghanistan. I think this is possibly the only way we can leave the country with a positive outlook on both sides. Trouble is, who supplies the opium for the methodone clinics and nhs at the moment? because if its a western company, c...
