Hello Phil, 2 months to work on your cardio should be enough to be honest. May I ask you just how much you failed by ? If you let me know what you current training consists of I can help you with a realistic scedule to help you get the pass you require.

When I did my Pre - Joining test for the RAF I had never run on a treadmill, I just explained this to the gym instructor and he gave me a little time to adapt to it. So don't waist your money joining a gym. It really don't take time to get used to it.

Hiya Sally, yes thats right I went to the Chatham AFCO. It's a nice provate gym you do your PJFT in and the staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. You have nothing to worry about and best of luck !!

If you were to choose the RAF Regiment you will have to make your mind up pretty quick with the cut off age being 29.

The only time I know of when someone was turned away was only for an extreme case. Basically his chosen trade was RAF Police and he had previous for drink driving.
