i think that sign is still there Artist. i can remember seeing one that sounds just like that (with a cartoon of a RM PTI on it) on the final stretch of the 3 miler on PRMC, on a big oak tree. made me chuckle...in between sucking down the air like a lunatic lol :D

ive been doing a bit of tabbing recently. mainly because i enjoy it more than running lol. i also get the pins and needles down the left arm, it was me shoulder strap being too tight though, and after i adjusted it ive had no probs.

quick question. i did a 2 hour tab last week and covered 7.4 ...

the guy on the P Coy vid (Skinhead, looks like a barrell, who sticks his fingers up to the camera) looks like a monster. and if you look closely i swear you can see him shouting "F*cking hell, cover off!"...reminds me of the Sgt. Maj on 3 miler at PRMC lol

seriously though, i have massive respect for our armed forces as a whole but especially SAS and SBS and wasnt trying to take the piss

Regarding the PRMC vid, showed it me mum and she was shocked to say the least at what i had to do on PRMC and what ive got to come in RT! i dont think some people realise just what it takes to get in and become a Royal Marine Commando
