Can I just ask a question, why URNU and not OTC? OTC is far more relevant to a RM officer. Just because URNU is part of the Navy dont think it will be the most helpful. As I said im just curious

Im hopefully going on my RFCC in July and I can tell you it is very hard to tie both a full time job, girlfriend(s), friends and a reservist unit all together, but by no means impossible. Ever heard of the term burning the candle at both ends? You should expect no less if you are to commit properly!

jsg, if I were you I wouldnt train through the pain, it can only get worse if you do that. Try a different type of training like cycling as it may put less strain on your injury. I usually get shin splints so do a lot of cycling.
