yeah but define obese. If you use the BMI system then most of the England rugby team would be classed as obese so thats hardly a fair test of fitness.

Well my tests and interview are all done now. I passed my interview with flying colours and scored 110 on the aptitude test.

My medical is coming next.....

Worried i might get told to bugger off and lose some weight.

Any advice on crash dieting?

Yeah it is interesting. Might be that the recruiter has certain quotas to push through for certain ratings so he's trying to streamline you into the ones which need the most manpower, doubt it though. If you find out nationality requirements have changed in regards to especially sub ratings give me ...

Apologies OMSSMretd, if I had known it wasn't directed at me I would never have reacted in that way, so sorry about that. Alright Derrenfixxxer, I like you are very interested in the AET trade. I've actually done the initial written test because originally I was going to have a crack at RM. Since ...

Try the mensa website or any IQ measuring website. Also try practicing logic puzzles and other such things such as Su Doku. Logic puzzle books can be bought from Waterstones and other good bookshops.

Representing the Service

Just a quick question here. Is it pssible to represent the Armed forces in Martial Arts competitions? I know that there are Ship boxing teams and inter service Rugby but can an individual represent the aervices at a less traditional sport such as Karate, Judo or freestyle wrestling?
