How do you iron bits of kit (combat 94 stuff) like the DPM shirts and jackets, i'm good with the trousers but where do the creases in the sleeves go ect... from the shoulders of across them?

Is it possible to apply for a comission in the TA upon first joining, i know it probably is but whats the chances of being accepted like and how would i go about it.
