Quick one does anybody know wether you can get taken off your scc if you get a bad (C/D) rorrs report while your waiting to attend. As I managed to have an argument with my hod, and i've been told that you can loose your seiniors over this . No not the argument but the bad grades.

I agree merit based promotion could be good but it only relies on your last report, and not how well youve done over the years in that rank.
