when i was doing my PRMC i had crippling pains in my left knee and was diagnoised with the same thing..went through a year of NHS physio, orthotics made for my trainers(although orthotics did ease the pain and help alot), expensive private physio and was still in agony.

cheers buddy, yeah just been looking on that site...its all a bit vague though, think a trip to my local AFCO is in order.

thinking about it though they dont need mechanics or trades as that'll be down to REME etc

i snapped 3 tendons , which apparently will take longer to heal than the bone for some reason.And have had to have an 'intramedullary pin' for a while.
the talus and calcaneus have fractures apparently,but not sure the dr.used all his mumbo jumbo i just nodded.
down ctcrm tho the medics gave me ...

Snapped Ankle!

just came back from my prmc, medically discharged with snapped ankle! was on bottom feild did it all fairly ok...but went for the water jump and landed on 1 foot! Big mistake, ankle buckled and went snap!
got it pinned and medics say 6-10 months before i can retry.
anyone else had bad injurys and ...

full metal jacket

didnt think too much of jarhead personally, very similar to full metal jacket but lacking in the gritty reality.bit to polished, but still worth a watch

yeah ive just put my PRMC off for exactly the same reason, my press ups are shockingly bad. i started out doing press ups and can manage about 50-55 but then i met up with a EX-Royal and he showed me the propper way.
my PRMC is now end of jan.

Too many tattoos???

i just filled in my application for the RM's and it says they have to be notified of any tattoos and you may get rejected if you have too many.

obviously face and neck would be rejected but i have a tattoo across my back.

anyone know how much is too much???
