Not always the case with running, I mean it's the same idea with weights - if you do less weights than your actual limit, but do more reps you see far greater improvements. So with running don't punish yourself just do longer runs and it'll make the "thrashing" yourself a little easier. I'm sure the ...

I have the same problem as you, my weight has dropped but only to a certain extent. You need to count your calories as well as intensify your workout. Do that extra 20-30 mins running ontop of what you do now, it will help greatly.

Thanks artist! I feel like I'm pushing myself over my limit, my problem is my left arm (the shoulder I broke) gives in al ot earlier than my right arm, then my right arm is taking most of the weight and that gives in too. I'm very interested in joining the Royal Marines, I'm going for the gym 1.5 mile test soon and hope to be down doing my prmc asap.
