With regards to the pull ups query. When I did my PRMC in Oct '07 everyone on my course was made to let go of the beam when they hit 6 pull ups (the guys who couldn't get to that figure were told to let go by a pti when they couldnt do anymore). Though from people I've been speking to on ...

Crabby recruit when i was a nod was a punishment for poor admin and hygine and involved reporting to the duty cpl in various different rigs from drill rig,fighting order, marching order normal cs95 rig etc and you had to report every 3 hours for aslong as you were on crabby recruit.

Just wondering if anyone knows any Royals with this condition, and how they feel about it on course. I know it can sometimes be linked with Asthma, however I do not have that. I get eczema when taking hot showers and not moisturizing my skin. Also, certain detergents can cause a small red rash. Is ...

No mate, as long as you run the 2.4km in under 10mins flat no further fitness tests are required at that stage (unless things have changed since I did it :wink: ), however in saying that obviously you want to put in a good time! :)
