Can any one tell me what a PTI's role is when they go on operational tours to Afghanistan, Iraq etc...? what can they be expected to do?

I have my 3 day interview at Cosford coming up soon and was wondering what type of questions they ask you in the interview part of this? What do I need to read up on etc.??
