Hi, all Gnrs are trained to the same initial standard, but a couple of the Sqns require specialist skills. 26 and 27 are aligned to the Defence CBRN Wg for example and 63 Sqn (QCS) also cover ceremonial and public duties. Don't know about the RAF, but the RAF Regt has FIELD Sqns, and the troops trade is GUNNER. Prior to being employed on the aforementioned units some extra trg is required. I'm sure you can work out the rest.
