Yeah I think you might be right about the Paras stressing the importance of running, as it seems that they are more interested in having blokes that can keep going for long distances rather than pumped-up muscle men. Hey mm1306. I'm stickin to 5 training sessions a week. I run for 1 hour or so at a steady pace plus circuit training 4 times whilst I dedicate the fifth session to the 1.5 miles run where I can keep to 8.20/8.30 min without pushin it to the limit ( I remember doing 7.58 as my personal best once ...

Thats great news udonthave2call! I was aware that the Paras would obviously be in the thick of the action (thats the reason why I wanted the Paras in the first place), but going out straight after CIC -provided I pass it, as you put it makes it even more exciting.
