Lol good advice, I've hidden my alarm. I also set it 1 hour later than it actually is so when I wake up I think 'Woah it's 0800hrs' when really it's 0700.. Clever huh..

Plus I cut up a swimming float.. so it pads my bum nicely, ta =)

Waking up, Sit ups.

Okay.. I'm naughty.. My alarm goes off and I have 'just another 5 minutes' and I'm not getting motivated. During training I'm not going to have a choice and so I thought I should learn to wake up early now rather than learn the hard way. Any tips on how to wake up and get motivated early?

I'm 16 and I'm at the Medical stage of my Royal Marines application. My 3 days in Lympstone should be mid January. I don't think it's too early personally but most people seem to join between 17-21, from what people have told me.
