DesignerVision Thats a tough one to answer. When I was 14 I was certain that I was going to be ready to join the RM in 2 years after finishing secondary school, and I wouldn't let anybody tell me otherwise. But when I got to 16, as much as I wanted to join right then, I knew I was nowhere near ready...

I use grippers, ive got fairly soft ones, but the ideal thing is, you dont have to stop what you are doing to use them, you can wotch tv, listen to music etc whilst using them. So you can do lots of reps without realising how much you are actually doing ....... If that made sense? i picked up a pair...

A knee support is fine whilst your knee is getting better but not when it's healed. All that will happen is that you will have one knee weaker than the other if you keep wacking supports around it. My Doctor told me the same thing. When I was about 13/14 I played rugby alot and buggered up my knee ...
