You won't be needing protein shakes unless your doing weight lifting, if you really feel the need not to just drink water, then you should have some high sugar drink.

Hate to seem picky but what the hell, nothing else to do at the moment :P

Protein shakes are a supplement, every body (training ...

You can bring anything you like but it doesn't mean you'll be allowed to wear them.

Uniformity is the word of the day

I wouldn't trust The Sun, it's a paper for retards who want something to entertain them rather than give them proper news, I bet five quid they were just doing some dry bumming because they thought he might be gay, which shouldn't be done anyway but it's not half as bad as The Sun makes it out to be.

I understood it and I’m a 15 year old GCSE student with no qualifications what so ever (admittedly I'm interested in Sports, sports science, nutrition, etc)... but with a bit of research what Spence said could be easily "decrypted"

Well I got an A at GCSE level P.E. and I do a lot of research ...

Okay you either didn't read my post or you failed to understand what I said. Either way, wind your neck in.

You didnt want anyone to understand your post, you just wanted to show off your long winded explanation and knowledge in my opinion. Which isn't helpful.

So I'll repeat myself, it's ...

StrongerFaster, I'm afraid I don't quite agree with your explination for macronutrient intake. The Insulin response from carbs would ultimatly lead to an increase in the size of fat cells due to muscular desensitivity to the hormone.

To the OP, if your body composition is a concern then take your ...

Well if you're a fat boy, then weight does matter and if you're too thin then that's bad too, basically get a mirror look at it, tense, jump up and down, is your belly wobbling? If so you're fat. Can you see every sinew of your muscle and your ribs are entirely visible? If so you're underweight. It ...

I see where your coming from bigdog.

Having a degree gives me a better chance of getting in Sandhurst but its not necessarily a must have.

I know the Army will still be there in 3 years if I did study for one but if theres a chance of me getting in now then I might aswell have a crack and see if ...

Thanks for the link.

There is this combat infantry regiment 3.3 miles from where I live (A Company East of England Regiment) which sounds pretty good.

Also does anyone know if they're putting an end to gap year commisions? I heard they were.

Edit: another question, I can make sure they don't ...
