Easiest place to get hold of one is e-bay I just googled 'Fairburn sykes commando dagger' and got 2 e-bay lots. But the best way to get one is to complete RT and get your greenlid :D Its still on the RM site so I imagine they still use it.[/quote]

Last winter I was doing 18mins 23 seconds for 3 miles I think I'm gonna have to get in training again this time start running with a pack on does any one know if will do any significant damage to my lower back?
