What are the test that you must pass while on the prmc. I know the 3miler is one of them but i was wondering what the other ones are.

I think that's maybe what I've got. I've never ever given it very much thought but I get the symphtoms when I'm running I just guessed it was because I've not been running this past little while.

Hey guys im really in need of advice.

im thinking of applying for the marines sometime after christmas but my fitness is really pathetic.

for some reason i cant seem to get over 20 pressups i can do about 4/5 pullups and 50-60 situps.

as far as my running goes it takes me about 25mins to run ...

im carrying an injury on my leg and strugling to keep training. I was considering getting a bike to built my aerobic capacity and endurance.

Do you guys think this would be benifical, do u think it would help me build a good level of fitness so when im over my injury ill already be fit ...

the books 144 pages so im hoping its full of all sorts of challenging circuits

I wear glasses and contact lenses and im interersted in getting laser surgery but when i phoned my afco they told me i defo wouldn't get in if i went ahead with it for the simple reason eye surgery hasnt got a 100% success rate.

so that settles it ill stick with glasses and lenses
