I did adsc in april, run times are:

para's 9:18
LV1 (infantry, poineers) 11:30
LV2 (RA,RE,HCav) 12:00
LV3 (REME, RLC, Sigs) 12:45

But the standerd was fairly decent, i came about 10th with a time of 10:01 and I would say two thirds finished in under 11 mins.

I personaly didnt tell them that my rents had anything wrong with them ( even tho my dad has asthma and diabetes) not worth the risk of getting differd. They wont ask about opperations.

dont say anything!, say no to every thing (with in reason, obviously if its on your med forms they will know about it) or u will get differd, this 1 lad on mine got differd because his girlfreind had depression..

How do you get on one of these?
Do you have to of passed the PJFT first?
Is this for Birmingham AFCO recruits only, because I'm with Coventry?

The PJFT is def under 10 mins,
But by the looks of it the 3 miler on PRMC is back to being ran as a squad rather than half as a squad and half best effort.

When did you do your PJFT?
Just because I'm going to do mine in the next couple of weeks and I really want to be on a PRMC this side of Christmas. Did they say how full it is?
