Hey guys thanks for the feedback, its a week to go and im getting more excited than nervous, iv improved my 3 mile so much now and so have the press ups, sit ups, and pull ups. im gonna have it out down there, give it some juice.

Hey lads, iv got my PRMC in 14 days and im pretty nervous, mostly about the 3 miler but other stuff as well, iv been training hard, like i can achieve 22mins 39 seconds against rain and strong wind and i can do 55 press ups and 72 sit ups and 6 pull ups 15 minutes after the run.........HAVE I GOT ...

MInes 17th July anyone else on the same day, give me a shout!
