With regards to pushups either use Gunn's method or try Pavel's Ladders. Ladders are when you do 1, shake it off, then do 2, shake it off, do 3 and so on. Sounds easy - it's not when you get to 15 :o .

Could you please explain Pavel's Ladders? If anyone can help me more on training or would ...
