I wasn’t even bothered that it was £2.70 for a can of Heineken, I just knocked them back with the biggest grin on me face.

The 3 miler is run in Combats, T-shirt and your own trainers.

Cheers Dave! Here is an example of one of the station on my Gym test 2, but from what I have heard they tend to change them around quite a lot. Example Three gym mats are laid out end to end with a large box on one end. You have to move each gym mat over the box in turn and lay them out on the other...

What I mean by Trunks is swimming pants or Speedos as some people call them. I would advise you not to wear shorts because the PTI’s do not like it. If you wear shorts you will most likely get press ups as did most of the guys on my course.

Thanks guys! The determination test lasted around 20 minutes, we were made to sprint up a hill around a cone and back again then we would have to do 5 press ups facing down hill, 5 sit ups facing up hill and 5 burpees. This would increase to 10 of each exercise after some more sprints around the 6ft...

PRMC Pass!

Alright lads!

Well, passed my PRMC today. Had a great time down there, also met some great lads as well. We had quite a small course only 25 of which only 15 passed.

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

These are the correct times!

PJFT = 10 minutes

3 miler = 12.5 as a group, then best effort back under 10.30

You get 2 minutes to do each test and they do them one after another. With the press ups though you are able to hold in the press up position for a rest then continue until the 2 minutes are up.

Currently with a quick warm up before hand I’m averaging between 12.9 and 13.
